A real conversation, not a pitch.

We'll spend the first 10 minutes understanding your NDIS business — what services you provide, where you operate, how you currently get participant enquiries, and what's frustrating you about your current digital presence.

The next 10 minutes: we walk through what we see on your current website, rankings, or marketing (if you have any), and what we'd change if we were in your shoes.

The last 10 minutes: clear next steps. That might be 'here's the quote for what we discussed', 'you don't need our help, here's what to do yourself', or 'let's talk again once X is sorted'. No pressure either way.

Ready to book?
Is the consultation really free? +
Yes. No hidden cost, no trap. We do it because most calls end with 'yes let's work together' — and the ones that don't still build relationships for the future.
How long is the call? +
30 minutes is the default. Some run 20, some run 45 if the conversation's productive. We'll never push past 45 minutes without asking.
Do I need to prepare anything? +
Not really. It helps if you can share your current website URL (if you have one), your main services and service areas, and a rough sense of your growth goals. But we'll ask all that anyway.
Will you try to upsell me? +
No. The call is discovery and honest feedback. If you want a proposal after, we send one. If you don't, that's fine. We're not running a call-centre sales operation.
Can I bring my business partner / team? +
Yes. Many calls have 2–3 people from the provider side. We prefer it actually — decisions are faster when everyone's in the room.
